My husband and I were so excited and overjoyed to welcome our first baby. We, however, were not expecting the tragic news that our sweet baby boy was stillborn. Nurse Lauren volunteered to take our case. The moment she walked into our room, I felt safe. She stayed with me the whole time. I really needed that because I was so scared.

She explained everything that was happening and made sure I was okay the whole time. Once they brought our baby boy to us, she treated him with so much love and care. She went above and beyond for a family of three she never met. For that, we will never forget her.
