I felt very comfortable with Tori’s care, and we hope to have her again during my husband’s stay.
I met Tori at the worst time in my life. I am about to lose my 38-year-old husband after a year-long battle with cancer.
Tori treated both of us with gentle compassion during this time. You can tell she was born to do this work. She gave my husband a gentle spa bath. I was worried because any stimulation would cause him to sob, panic, and hyperventilate, but he was relaxed the entire time. She incorporated me by asking me to play music, pick out his clothes, and tell stories about him. She took care of not only my husband but also me. Tori made sure I was taking breaks and eating meals. She also suggested moving the guest bed next to his so we could be closer. I felt very comfortable with Tori’s care, and we hope to have her again during my husband’s stay.
