I am so grateful to have found such an amazing team of nurses during our stay at Advocate Children’s Hospital. My son was transferred from the ER to an inpatient room for high-flow oxygen due to a respiratory virus. Ashley was very attentive to my son. I am forever grateful that she noticed my son’s condition worsening, brought in the rapid response team to assist, and prepared me so well for what was to come in the PICU.

She found me a day later just to ask how my son was and to tell me she had us in her thoughts. This meant so much to me! Little did she know I will forever remember her for being there for my son and me. Ashley was overall very compassionate and understanding. Thank you, Ashley, for all that you do and all the lives you touch through your compassion. You make a difference in healthcare, and you have made a difference in our hearts.
