Pam is one of those nurses you can talk to when you need help with a task or just need someone to talk to. She is also a great team member and a joy to work with. We are truly blessed to have Pam as a nurse here in our office. She is very knowledgeable in the field of cardiology. She is a very caring, kindhearted, dedicated, and respectful nurse. She takes the time to get to know her patients in the COAG clinic. She is always putting her patient's well-being above everything else. Pam is always eager to keep up with her patients' coumadin levels. She calls the patients if they miss their appts, and she puts in recommendations if a patient misses a lot of appointments for them to be switched to Eliquis so they are still cared for even when they don't take care of themselves. Pam goes above and beyond to make her patients feel comfortable and welcome. She always has a smile on her face and a kind word to say to everyone she comes across. As her coworker, I notice the patients love to come in and see her at their appointments. I feel she brightens the day of every patient she has.
