Lynn has given us a profound sense of peace in the midst of an extremely challenging situation that we couldn’t have seen coming or emotionally prepared ourselves for.

Leaving our son in the NICU every night is full of emotion, guilt, grief, yearning, fatigue, and so much more. It makes a huge difference when you know that your tiny, vulnerable child is being left in the care of someone who is attentive and deeply cares about each NICU patient and family. Whether it be grabbing us a cup of coffee, reminding us to find time to rest and find time to play in our marriage, or offering the simplest words of reassurance, Lynn is a pillar of the Avista NICU team that we have quickly grown to love.

Lynn works tirelessly through the night and always eagerly answers my phone calls at 0200 in the morning when I can’t stop my racing thoughts regarding my son. Through the various uncertainties that come along with having a child in the NICU, Lynn always knew the right things to say and the best care to provide.
