Being in the hospital as a patient can be overwhelming and frustrating. Jeaney Marquez always explains everything and has such a great understanding of the process, the importance of the patient’s care, and how it affects the patient’s outcome. I am a hard stick, have fragile veins, and am also very dehydrated, the cherry on top! But she was very efficient and found 3 IV sites all on the first try. I have been to some of the best hospitals, and nobody has ever done that! I hope to see Jeaney rewarded for her work and dedication! We need more people like her in this field. She will go to any extent to see her patients smile in the midst of their pain and during the humbling experience of being hospitalized.
