Breanna Burkett is one of those people you meet that was born to do what they do - care for others. I felt like I was advocated for as a patient, and truly felt as if she could get along with anyone. Breanna is easy going, kind, compassionate, and is a wonderful Nurse. I never felt judged in a negative way and my concerns were never a burden to her. I was extremely privileged and blessed to have her as my Nurse, along with a wonderful day shift crew. This was my second pregnancy - but I never experienced this level of pain with my first pregnancy/delivery. Little did I know, I would have Breanna advocating and encouraging me the entire time. She held my hand and complimented me, even though I felt like a fool being so loud (like I said, she never once made me feel like I was being judged in a negative way). Breanna you are a gem to this world and I will never forget the positive impact you had on me when I was at my most vulnerable.

I had an extremely traumatic and scary birth experience. I would not have survived emotionally without Breanna. From holding my hand and letting me cry to reassuring me that baby and I were both safe, she was phenomenal.
