Everyone we met and spent time with made my time in the ER and hospital a good experience. I didn't get the names of the people in the ER but all they did was very thorough. One person stands out since he was the one that helped me and my husband. The man with the red shoes - that is what I called him. He made me feel secure and he took away the anxiety I felt while there.

5th floor North Tower: I thank all these people as they made us feel as if we were among our neighbors.

Dr. P - She gave me the information I needed but didn't know the questions to ask.

I had the pleasure of having Joe as my nurse. He quickly became my favorite nurse because he showed so much concern and his calming words to people like me who don't know what meds are going to help. His knowledge of medications and his way of explaining how a nurse should be. He and his words made me feel safe, and I received the information he gave me with a good, clear meaning. He made sure each time he left to ask if I needed anything. I believe he is sincere. Thank you, Shannon, for having Joe here. Exceptional employee.
