Alexis was awesome. Our little boy was born prematurely and was in the NICU for 11 days. Alexis was our nurse for numerous overnight shifts. She was always friendly, informative, helpful, and thorough. She always helped to explain things to us and took the time to be friendly. It was clear that she cares about her work, and I trusted her in caring for my newborn son. One night in particular, she helped me give him his first bath and took pictures for me to have from that special moment. She also helped to dress him up on superhero day and also got a superhero outfit for our other toddler son to wear and be included. She made a huge difference during what was a scary time for our family.
