I have had two stays at NYU in the past month and have been very satisfied with the staff. All of your nurses were great—one nurse, Marc, who stood above and beyond. I’ve watched him with other patients and myself. He could not have been more helpful in every way, going out of his way to do his job so well. He never said no to anything asked of him, and he was always pleasant with a big smile. He is an asset to the nursing industry and NYU. He made my two stays a lot easier to handle. Great nurse.
