I needed to talk to someone today. I had a very hard day. She is an exceptional nurse. She is the most positive and caring person I have met.

She emanates positivity. She went above and beyond to make us all happy by watching a movie when the room and DVD/TV weren't working. Everything that can go wrong did! She had such a positive outlook as always and made everything as perfect as it could be to be able to watch. From the 1st day I walked in, she could tell I was terrified and made me feel so comfortable. Every day she works she is a breath of fresh air and positivity. She's a perfect example of how we should create positivity every day in our lives, no matter the challenges! She should be one of your biggest assets to your company goal for patient experience. She should always be an example employee with patient experience. She's such a gem! I can't wait to see her thrive in the future with any career goals she takes on.

Diane is amazing. I always see her go out on a limb for the patient; she resolves issues and is very efficient. She is a great leader and partner as she will always cover my back with patients by helping me to get the job done. She never leaves her shift until all her patients and co-workers are provided for.
