Miss Terry had no PCT and had many patients, including me, but she was always on time when I called. She was very patient and took her time explaining when I asked questions. I thought I was her only patient, knowing she had had a lot of other patients and she was the charge nurse as well.

Mrs. Coleman was so professional and great at meeting all of my needs. I had a hard time, and she didn’t stop at anything to do whatever it took all weekend to make me comfortable. She’s the epitome of what an RN should be and more. I had a very, very hard time, and she had so much patience with me. I meet a lot of medical staff, and sometimes you meet greatness. She was definitely the greatest to me, and for that, I’m so grateful. Her smile and personality let me know that she loves what she does. Oschner Hospital is blessed to have an RN like Mrs. LeTeryl Coleman, and I was blessed as a patient to have her care for me.
