Kylee genuinely cares and her kindness and actions during this experience will forever mean so much to me and she deserves to be recognized, everyone needs a Kylee in their life!
I recently delivered my son at Mercy Anderson almost three weeks early due to sudden onset preeclampsia, resulting in inducing my labor and a 1-week hospital stay due to complications with my blood pressure and my baby's bilirubin levels. Kylee became my nurse, and, at the time, I didn't realize I needed her most; my contractions were unbearable, and I was so sick due to being on magnesium. I was unable to get my epidural right away due to another emergency C-section. Kylee also discovered that my water had broken several hours before and took appropriate action. Right away, Kylee made me so comfortable trying different positions and methods, as well as having a great sense of humor, which distracted me and made the whole experience better. Kylee encouraged me through pushing for over 4 hours before needing to have a C-section, and I don't think I could have kept going without her encouragement. Kylee genuinely cares and her kindness and actions during this experience will forever mean so much to me and she deserves to be recognized, everyone needs a Kylee in their life! I hope that she gets recognized for the truly amazing personality, compassion, and care she provided to me that day, and I'm sure she provides every day to her patients.
