Jennifer Reid was an absolutely amazing nurse during my labor and delivery. There were parts of my delivery that got pretty scary, and she was there and reassured me through it all. She went above and beyond in explaining things as they were happening. She also never failed to make me feel heard and seen as things were taking place. At times, the room was full of hospital staff, but she would give me words of encouragement, and it truly helped me get through my delivery and everything that took place after. She was by my bedside after delivery, continuing to explain things and making sure I was okay along with our baby boy. She truly understands how to reassure a first-time mom and how to make her feel less worried about everything that takes place while delivering a baby. She went above and beyond her duties of being a nurse. Looking back at all the pictures taken, one of her is helping me get my baby ready to breastfeed, and she has the biggest smile on her face. She was just so happy, and it shows that she loves her job and takes pride in what she does.
