Bridget is an amazing, empathic leader who is dedicated to providing thorough patient care. She is always willing to help regardless of the task and goes out of her way to make sure the clinic is running to the best of its ability. She is always the first to restock the rooms, run QCs, and check expiration dates. Bridget is a team leader who is always willing to teach others and provide guidance so they can perform tasks with confidence. She is willing to help pick up shifts when needed, and she is a great problem solver who goes out of her way to communicate problems and solutions to all caregivers and upper management. I am grateful to Bridget and all she does. I don't believe our clinic could run the same without her.
