Katrina has been my mother’s nurse throughout her hospitalization. She has helped me understand and cope with my mother’s new cancer diagnosis. She is very patient and sympathetic with me. She has taken her time to demonstrate and teach me how to care for my mother’s colostomy. She has also gone above and beyond regarding insurance and long-term placement issues. She always follows through. She is extremely attentive and is always one step ahead, assessing my mother’s comfort and pain level. Katrina really performs as though my mother is her only patient (Which is obviously not so). We love Kat, and she has definitely made this horrible situation more bearable.
