She is extremely thoughtful, empathetic, and sympathetic.
Rebecca is absolutely wonderful she made me feel cared for and safe while I was under her care. She is extremely thoughtful, empathetic, and sympathetic. Rebecca cared for all my needs physically by taking my vitals, giving me medicine, and taking care of my bandaging for my procedure wound. She made sure everything she did for me was painless.
Rebecca knew I was struggling with my procedure, but she made me feel very calm and at home. She made sure I was comfortable with bedding, crackers, and water and brought me prune juice for constipation. She would answer all my calls urgently. Rebecca is the nurse everyone should have.
The day I came to Rebecca’s unit, I was told I may need blood transfusion. They still need to schedule a cystoscope appointment after I leave because they are not sure what the problem is. I was given the 2nd nephrostomy bag the day I came into the unit. I was also told there is a good chance they may need to remove my left kidney.
I was really nervous and uncomfortable, but Rebecca helped me calm down and gave me the best care she possibly could. I will be forever grateful.
