Crimson Sanders bedside manner is outstanding and her patient care level is the best I've ever seen. She is kind and friendly to the patient and the patient's family. She places herself in the patient's shoes, and relates to their feelings, but keeps a level head and follows professional protocol. She makes it look easy and fun. She's very honest and if she doesn't know the answers, she will find out right away. She seems to be one of a kind. She makes her job look easy and she is very good at what she does. Being so young puts her in a tough spot professionally, I'm sure. But she handles her own. Love for her patients is so obvious. She's very very patient and understanding of her patients. Her demeanor is incredible. She always seems relaxed, prepared, aware, and knows what to do in emergency situations. She puts her own needs second and her patient's first by learning more about us and even what her patient's like to drink. She really gets to know the patient and understands their soul. My father came in thinking he was dying. Crimson quickly assessed the situation and helped my dad feel better.
