endy made me feel like everything would be okay and that people did care about me.
Wendy was so kind to me while I was in the hospital. It was a very scary and not-so-good situation, but she made it as bearable and easy as it could be. I was being transferred to the behavioral health unit, and it was extremely hard for me, but Wendy made me feel like everything would be okay and that people did care about me. She was so nice and empathetic with me when I was going through such a difficult time, and the excellent care she provided did not go unnoticed.
I'm a nursing assistant, so I know in the world of healthcare, you don't always get recognized or appreciated for the dedication and care you provide your patients. I have never seen someone be able to develop such an excellent relationship with a patient so quickly. Thank you, Wendy. I will always remember the wonderful, compassionate care you provided me with during my stay.
Note: This is Wendy's 3rd DAISY Award!
