This nurse is always going above and beyond the call of duty to care for her patients and the family that accompanies them. I know because I am the mom of the patient who has been receiving infusions here since January (maybe earlier) 2024. I mentioned to Nicole once that I would be finishing breast cancer treatment on a specific date. M’s infusion was the week prior. To my surprise, the nursing staff had decorated M’s room and the pathway leading to the room in all pink, pink stars with pink ribbons in honor of breast cancer. I mentioned to her that the clinic where I received treatment did not have a bell, but on that date, in the infusion clinic, there was a PINK bell!!! I was so surprised and grateful that Nicole did that for me, along with the entire staff in the infusion clinic. They gifted me pink boxing gloves signed by all the staff (whom M loves by the way - not for the infusion but for the care and concern they all always demonstrate during his infusion sessions). Nicole is so thoughtful and caring and kind! As are all the nurses, but Nicole will always stand out in my mind for the countless acts of kindness she has blessed me and my son with.
