Amy is an absolutely amazing ICU nurse and her bedside manner is superb. Amy talked with me while my mom was in her care and explained everything in detail. She was very caring while speaking to me about my mom. We laughed and cried together over the topics of life, death and family. She made me feel completely at ease.
