LeNeeah went above and beyond! My granddaughter, K, whom I have raised since she was four years old, is 21 and had her first child. The shortest story is that labor didn’t go so well; they had to do an emergency C-section. I was terrified- they had to fly the baby to Kansas City. I was scared; I didn’t know what I was going to tell K. 

LeNeeah explained things pretty easily. After K was brought back to her room, LeNeeah came to the room, talked to me to tell me how things went. 

You could tell she was already off work because she had her jacket and purse. She wanted to make sure I was comfortable and understood what was going on. Then she said she’d be thinking about us.

I mean, who goes out of their way to help anybody anymore? What an amazing young woman you have working here! She is polite, kind, and caring—simply amazing!
