She has always gone “above and beyond” her call of duty. She has found ways to cut costs in using supplies on our unit by ensuring that patients are only using what is necessary for the procedure. She has also cut down on the time spent doing TILT table tests on patients by utilizing Philips monitors for strips. She always helps when needed and goes above and beyond the call of a clinical nurse coordinator when asked. She is very gentle, kind, and soft-spoken to her coworkers and patients. Her attitude never wavers when she is under pressure. She is truly knowledgeable and swift on her feet. She never wavers in her duties as an excellent nurse.
