I believe Robin should be recognized for her hard work. She is managing many units in Peri op department. She manages PACU, SDS, GI lab, Patient Intake and PACU part of LASC. She is very much involved in all these units; she is always visible and attends promptly to whatever the unit needs, be it staffing, equipment, or any other issues that need her attention or need to be escalated to another department like HR. She helps in staffing CV holding by sending post-procedure patients to PACU in the evening, thereby lessening the overtime of CV holding staff. I believe she should be commended for that. One time, one of her staff had a car accident outside of the hospital gate. She was there, too, to give support and help sort things out. Robin deserves the DAISY Award.

Robin is very supportive of her staff. She is always there for us, helping us when we are short-staffed. She is very responsive when we need her. She doesn’t mind going home late sometimes or spending long hours with us when needed. She solves our problems and those of our patients promptly.
