Oh my goodness, what can I say about this outstanding nurse? She is a nurse's nurse! She is compassionate, knowledgeable, very caring, very patient, follows through with her promises, and is so understanding. Just an awesome nurse and a wonderful person. White Memorial is so fortunate to have her. She is a leader!

Kathy addressed my concerns in a timely manner while providing reassurance regarding those concerns. She explained my specific "Plan of Care" in detail. She also explained that she would contact the doctor any time I had specific concerns about Rehab's "Plan of Care" on my behalf. Kathy consistently follows through on whatever is brought to her attention. Example - She persistently contacted the MD office numerous times until he finally responded to her on my behalf. She's amazing!

Cathy has great initiation and takes care of business! A true rehab nurse, who does not hesitate to transfer patients or wait for PT to get patients up and out of bed. A role model for other nurses. She is loving, kind and expresses joy in her day. Always has a positive attitude, always approachable, even in challenging situations.
