I have had quite a few clinical instructors during my time at RCU. All of them were exceptional, but one in particular stands out, and this is Gabi Roti. She is compassionate not only in the care she gives but also patient and kind when teaching us. She understands what it's like to be a student and how we can struggle in a clinical. When we are not confident in some of our skills or feel like we are too inexperienced to do something, she gives us the confidence and knowledge to succeed. I have learned so much from her and am privileged to have had her for not one but two clinical experiences. She creates an amazing learning environment, and her communication is uncomplicated and open. She is an amazing addition to the Rochester Christian University team of clinical instructors, and I know she will go far in her field as her students, patients, and co-workers alike cherish her.
