Toni remains calm and knowledgeable throughout fear and chaos. She shows incredible compassion for her patients and their families, and I hope to one day be half the nurse that she is. I cannot say enough about how impressed and in awe I am with how amazing of a nurse Toni is. I think she deserves so much recognition for the leadership and skills she displays.
