Sarah Lee has been a very compassionate nurse in NICU working with her peers as well as parents and infants. She demonstrates excellent nursing skills as well as communication skills. Sarah went above and beyond to help prepare our unit for magnet inspection. Sarah has been a true team player in our unit. She is an exceptional nurse and goes above and beyond of what is expected of her, I couldn't ask for a better coworker. She is so nice to the staff, parents, and especially to her patients.
