Jeannie LeBleu responded quickly when I believed a code green was called on me. She spoke to me in a calm manner, and even though I was having a serious panic attack, she was calm and directed the situation in the best way possible.
Even though I scare my family when this happens, she still remained calm and very professional, not treating me like the psycho patient I really was. This happened after 9 pm, and when I am in this type of mindset, I am very loud and talk very fast, and they didn’t want me to disturb other patients, so they convinced me to follow them to the chapel. I didn’t want to go to the ER, but she and my family eventually convinced me to go. This whole ordeal lasted a long time, but Jeannie and the security stayed the whole time and were focused on calming me down and getting me to the ER.
She went above and beyond, even giving me her two propel packets from her office because I needed to drink water. I could write so much more. She deserves recognition and earned it for dealing with me.
