I have seen Cathy twice. Once she was engaging with other patients while filling in at the COVID/Flu Shot walk in. The other time was today, giving me an immunization. Both times, Cathy has been warm, friendly, and informative. I know nurses are pulled in many directions these days, and many are friendly but busy just getting from patient to patient understandably. Cathy takes time and interest in each patient, making a person feel like their time and needs really matter to her. During the shot clinic, there was a family who needed some special attention, which resulted in making the line longer. Cathy was so patient and kind with this family. She didn’t get stressed with them but recognized that the longer line was getting closer to closing time. At that point, she guided the family to where they could get more assistance. She continued to check on them to make sure they got what they needed while continuing to get the line moving. She is just exceptional in her approach!
