As a recent amputee & being hospitalized on the 2nd floor for a week, I was moved to the 4th floor for rehabilitation, where most nurses were very nice but there was one nurse who went above & beyond all other nurses. That nurse is Joan Sentz, RN.

Joan knew I was down & depressed with just losing part of my leg. When she would come in to check my vitals or just check in on me, she would give me words of hope and encouragement and was such a huge inspiration. I could not thank her enough for everything she did for me during my stay there.  

Joan was the BIGGEST ray of sunshine on my cloudiest days. There is NO ONE any better than Joan that deserves this DAISY Award.
