My student took care of a patient who started to deteriorate. Adrian worked diligently with staff and students as the patient's oxygen saturation and blood pressure started to drop. Her calm and mild disposition made the situation less stressful. Her knowledge and skills were evident. She stands as a nurse who is willing to go above and beyond. She even went as far as debriefing the situation with the students and me. She also expressed thanks to the student for assisting in the situation. Adrian is devoted and has a passion for nursing. She is a great example for the students and her team.
