I have never seen a manager assume patient care and work hands on. These leaders ‘embrace’ their nursing roots and ‘glove up’ on a weekly basis. They never act above any of us, but are some of the best and strongest leaders I’ve had the pleasure of working with.

Never in my nearly 15 year healthcare career, have I ever worked with a management team as phenomenal as these three. They truly value their team members and without fail, they ensure every single one of us is taken care of, regardless of the situation and circumstance. They always ‘do right’ by all of us and show us how much they value and appreciate us. I have never loved/enjoyed a job as much as I do here and with this team. These three are doing it right!
