Jennifer was very respectful and kind each time she came to see me. She assured me that I could speak with her anytime and gave me a call bell. She seems very skilled and reliable in her job. I was also treated courteously and with respect.

Whenever anyone at any age needs emergency medical care, they are not only in pain but very scared and afraid. Recently, I got injured and found myself in that exact situation. Fortunately for me, a nurse named Jennifer was in charge of my care in the ER at UPMC Lock Haven. She respectfully calmed my fears, and her delightful and compassionate demeanor really calmed my nerves. Jennifer is such an asset in the Lock Haven ER. After my treatment, she thoroughly explained my discharge instructions and medications to me and my husband and answered all of our questions. Kudos to Jennifer and many thanks!
