Robert Mount has stepped up to the plate and out of his comfort zone to become a clinical supervisor on 7EW, an entirely different unit than he has worked on (he transitioned from Ortho) during his career at St. Vincent. Robert continues to go above and beyond extending kindness to patients and all staff. He brought in a phone charger from home for a patient who required a special charger, because the patient's family called the charge line, verbalizing how hard it was to try to get to talk to the patient while hospitalized. Robert is easy going but is always advocating for the patients and staff. You can often hear him saying "good morning brother or good morning sister" to just about everyone. Robert is dependable and is always willing to help the bedside nurses. He is a wonderful example of a team player!
