Mr. C is actually the 6th person in my life for whom I have been responsible for medical decisions. My experience here, especially with Nurse Brandee, has been the absolute best ever! Mr. C is the last of my friends and family alive. Brandee has: 

* Provided excellent care to Mr. C
* She has shown me as much care and been concerned for my welfare as well
* I want to know everything that was being done to my friend asking hundreds of questions. She has always answered every question or concern that I had. 
* I like a complete update on all meds and IVs and any changes in condition. She readily provided me the information without having to ask. 
* She has taken the time to explain all numbers such as BP, heart rate, what the ventilator monitor tells as I ask about any and every change that happens. 

I actually have a very bad reputation in other places as I demand excellence in care for my loved ones. Brandee has made me feel as important as the patient is and has never come across with any attitude or like I'm bothering her. I have been extremely emotional this time; she has dealt with that with the utmost care and compassion. Her professionalism, care for her patients, and care for the families have not been matched in any of my previous experiences. She is a true asset to your patients; I thank God he sent her to my friend and me.
