The whole family felt overwhelmed when we heard that my daughter had had a stroke. We were very worried whenever she said she was in pain. Melody Lee was amazing; she explained everything she was doing and constantly checked in to make sure my daughter wasn't hurting and that she was doing okay. She made sure our family felt comfortable and answered all our questions. When my daughter started crying, Melody took the time to sit down, hold her hand, and listen to us.

I was able to trust Melody to take care of my daughter, which allowed me to go home and handle things I needed to. If we had questions, she would take the time to find the answer for us or bring in the right people. She would call me with updates and explain everything in a way we could understand. We appreciated this so much! Many people came in and out of her room, but few took the time to explain what they were doing or why.
