Bianca Quartaro provided complete and attentive care to our dying family member. She extended her excellent care not only to her patient but also to her immediate family members. She went out of her way to ensure her patient was comfortable, warm, fed, and entertained. She found a radio station that our family member enjoyed listening to and helped him with his TV. In his last days of life, she made sure he felt nurtured and safe. She made sure his family was comfortable by bringing them furniture, blankets, and snacks. She explained everything we needed to know in a way we understood it. It would be impossible to list all her wonderful attributes, but she is by far a true example of what beautiful care looks like and should be given to all patients in their last days. We could not be more grateful for her compassionate care.
