My name is S, and I am 9 years old. I am currently receiving chemotherapy on 6T. I was lucky one night in July to have Marcus for the first time while receiving chemotherapy. When he walked into my room for the first time, he was warm & fuzzy with a big smile when he greeted me and made me feel special right away. He took all my jitters away while he gave me my chemo treatments. Marcus always walks me through everything that is happening and makes me feel important. He gets on one knee to help me at times - on my level.

One night, while in my room during my chemotherapy cycle, I had a fever and was shivering. I was scared, and Marcus knew exactly what to do to help my fever come down and make me not feel scared. He gets to know me and what I like. We both love to play UNO and I am hoping to get to play a match with him one day before my treatments are over. When I know he is working the night shift, I only want him as my nurse because I love him as my nurse - HE IS THE BEST!!! He has a big heart - like a teddy bear.
