I was at NW Medical Center. I first met Marco in the triage room. He started an IV, which started my incredible experience with the best nurse ever! Marco was extremely kind and attentive. He listens thoroughly to his patients and goes above and beyond in his efforts. He stands out! He truly is an asset to Northwest Medical Center in Houghton!

Marco is an excellent nurse. He went out of his way to care for my wife. He was the charge nurse, put us in a room, and took care of us while managing the rest of the department. He was kind and took time to explain the medications and exams. He made a stressful situation so much easier. Marco is a true professional, and we appreciate him so much!
