Audrey Renee M Richards is an asset to the system and brings so much to the table. Her hard work, her support and her passion to provide quality care to patients is applaud worthy. She goes over and beyond to make improvements within our health system and exemplifies what leadership is. The support she provides to our team is unmatched. Her kindness is contagious, and she guides her team to be the best we can be. She stands for what is right and works towards implementing new ways to change culture for the system. Always willing to help and support any cause from the heart walk, to stroke, sepsis, Joint Commission, Press Ganey survey, Nurse’s Week, etc. I admire her as a leader and look up to her for all she is capable of and all she has achieved within our system. She puts her best foot forward always and that is what matters. For me, she is the best leader I have worked for, and I am grateful to have her in my corner.
