Although everyone at FSH was wonderful, Dana was simply outstanding. She was kind, efficient, compassionate, and had a great sense of humor. This employee (along with pain medication) made what could have been a difficult afternoon actually somewhat enjoyable. We discovered much in common and had great conversations. I had the opportunity to overhear her handling a rather difficult patient. She did so with fairness, kindness, and compassion. By the time of my discharge, I felt as though I had a new friend, and I told her she was a credit to her profession. May God bless you all.

Some believe in angels, but one day, I was having a total knee replacement, and my guardian angel was there with me. I was a little scared being 63 and going under but my angel did everything to calm me before the surgery and after. Her calm attitude, her informative knowledge, and being with me from the beginning to the end never once did my angel leave me alone. Don't get me wrong, when they needed her somewhere else, she didn't hesitate to help other staff, but she reassured me she would be back to watch over me. She made my recovery so comfortable and soothing. We both found out we were a few years apart, and we started to talk about all the things that happened in our years past. Good memories, accomplishments in our time, and what we both like to do in our spare time. Plain and simple, my guardian angel made it feel as if I was at home being taken care of by family, so those who say Angels don't exist - they haven't met Dana.
