I would like to nominate Ariadne Mae Cabral, an exceptional nurse who deserves a DAISY Award. I am a witness to how she takes care of her patients. One night, she was caring for a confused, post-angiogram patient who needed very close monitoring. She was very empathetic. Her quick actions and gentle reassurance calmed the patient and made her feel safe.
The patient and family were very grateful for her care, and they were very appreciative and express gratitude to her in regards with her calm demeanor and extensive expertise especially when the patient status becomes critical.  She takes time to ensure the patient and family are receiving the proper and best care in this hospital, especially in the ICU.

As a colleague, she has a very good personality, works well under pressure, goes beyond measures, and is always willing to help other nurses. She is an asset and a team player.
