Kendelyn is one of the best nurses I have come in contact with when going through an outpatient setting.
From the moment I walked in, she was compassionate, and you could tell she truly enjoyed what she did and cared about her patients. I received a phone call after 5 pm one evening for her to discuss my care/surgery plan and was shocked she was still working because most staff finish things another business day. Not only did she assist with scheduling my surgery, but she also set up all pre-imaging that needed to be done, as well as all my post-op visits and any other appointments that needed to be made. Most other outpatient clinics have multiple staff to handle all the jobs she was doing. Anytime I sent or called with a question, it was handled promptly, and I did not need to continuously call and check on the status of what I needed.
When seeing an MD for whatever reason, it is often the nurse you work with on a regular basis who relays information to the doctor, so I also look at the care from them as well when choosing my physicians. Kendelyn is one of the best nurses I have come in contact with when going through an outpatient setting. She went above and beyond for me, and I was easily given the impression that she is the same with all of her patients.
