The staff of 8KW who looked after my sister in her final days were amazing. The compassion and care they had for her and our family during her final days really helped get us through the sadness and grief we were all experiencing. But, most importantly, the professionalism and high level of bedside manner were what, to me, made them extraordinary.

They treated her with respect and kindness and allowed her to pass peacefully and with dignity. I slept beside her for her last five nights and was amazed at how thoughtful and caring the staff were. I would like to mention a few nurses in particular that stood out to me. Judy, Anna, and Leticia. My sister has now been laid to rest. We, as the family, are so grateful to the staff of the RHH for everything that they did for her during her many stays at the hospital. Our heartfelt thanks to you all.
