We were admitted because my son had an infection that could have gotten very bad. Dealing with an already stressful weekend and situation, Nicole Kent was absolutely amazing in every way. She was so amazing with my son, as he does not like people other than his family but took right to her. His grandparents had bought him a frog from the gift shop, and Nicole was in here doing her rounds and, before leaving, asked him if he needed anything else. He told her he needed a lily pad for his frog. Nicole laughed and told him she would try to find him one. The next morning, this amazing woman came in for her rounds with a lily pad that she cut out and colored for him for his frog. She made sure to cut out two extras for him to be able to color himself. This woman went above and beyond in every aspect of her care for my son, and she will forever be imprinted on our lives. We are so thankful for her love and compassion. Thank you, Nicole, for making this scary time so much less stressful and putting our minds at ease.
