Year after year, Tracy's steadfast commitment shines through her active participation in the Reliably Excellent Celebration and Safety University, underscoring her unwavering dedication and compassion in her work. Through her involvement, she consistently presents challenges that not only demonstrate purpose but also offer actionable solutions. Recently, Tracy played a pivotal role in organizing a Unit-Based Team meeting, drawing attendance from numerous specialty leaders and UBT champions. Her efforts continue to foster collaboration and drive initiatives that promote excellence and safety within our organization.

2. Innovative Leadership: Her innovative approach to nursing management has led to significant improvements in patient outcomes and satisfaction, as well as the development of a nurturing and supportive work environment for our nursing and non-nursing leaders. Throughout the COVID-19 pandemic, Tracy and Dr. Tseng diligently organized regular leadership meetings to address any inquiries or apprehensions regarding COVID-19 isolation protocols, testing procedures, and ensuring the health and safety of our employees. To enhance communication and provide timely support, they initiated a COVID-19 team chat where real-time questions were promptly addressed by Tracy and other experts.

3. Mentorship and Advocacy: Tracy has been a strong advocate for the nursing profession and has mentored countless nurses, helping them grow both professionally and personally.

Since completing her Doctor of Nursing Practice, Tracy has served as an invaluable mentor to numerous leaders, both within the nursing field and beyond. Her dedication to fostering leadership extends beyond her responsibilities as she actively brings others alongside her, equipping them with the tools and guidance needed for success. Tracy's commitment to mentorship has significantly impacted the development and growth of leaders, empowering them to excel in their roles and make meaningful contributions within their respective fields.

4. Contribution to Nursing: Tracy's contributions to the field, including her active participation in research and policy initiatives, have significantly benefited the broader nursing community. As an exemplary leader during the challenges of COVID-19 and in ensuring program continuity, she has demonstrated unwavering dedication. Tracy played a pivotal role in the administration of COVID-19 vaccines, conducted meticulous contact tracing through our Employee Health Services, and also managed the responsibilities at a Medical Office Building during program continuity.

Additionally, Tracy's commitment to excellence is evident in her rounding on departments and assistance with audits to ensure compliance and efficiency. Despite the demands of the pandemic, she continued to serve as a nurse, directly contributing to the program continuity with her hands-on involvement and expertise. Her tireless efforts and proactive approach have been instrumental in guiding our team through these unprecedented times.
