Danielle Felber is the most amazing nurse you could know. Dani has never done anything besides nursing as a career, and it shows in all the good ways. Dani was my preceptor when I was a new grad nurse in the Emergency Room, and I could not have asked for a better teacher. The knowledge Dani brings to the table is irreplaceable, and the care she gives her patients is a mix of a sweet, caring nurse and a tough-loving mother. This may sound weird, but all patients she came in contact with needed this, and she knew exactly when to be gentle and when to show a little tough love. Even in critical situations, Dani took time to explain everything that was happening to both the patient and me as a learner while doing her job flawlessly. Saying Dani is an amazing nurse is an understatement. She now works as an ACC for both Newark and Clifton hospitals, spreading her incredible leadership abilities and knowledge to those who work there. When I see her name on the schedule, I know I will be taken care of. Dani has gone unrecognized for way too long, and I can't say enough about how amazing of a nurse and a person she is.
