Austin shared amazing communication skills and attention to my husband.  My husband hates hospitals, and this was the first time he really felt comfortable.  Austin is what I wish to see in all hospital staff, and I wish to see him receive a DAISY Award. He is an awesome example of loving your job and the people you help.
