Having been a patient in many hospitals during my 85 years of life, I can honestly say that Tim is the perfect example of someone who meets the six criteria for this award. The way he treated me and my wife with such care was far and away the best experience we have had. He made my hospital stay more comfortable with his attentiveness to my needs despite caring for many other patients as well. Every encounter with Tim was appreciated because he was able to make me more comfortable in my situation. He clearly deserves this award, and he exemplifies the excellence in patient care.
